Generation times vary based on the type of content and current demand, but here's what to expect.
Images
Most images generate in around 30 seconds. If you're generating multiple at once, they generate in parallel up to your plan's concurrent limit, with extras queued automatically.
Videos
Videos take a few minutes — typically 2 to 5 minutes for a single video, depending on length and current demand. Longer videos (15 seconds) take more time than shorter ones (5 seconds).
If a generation seems stuck
Wait a few minutes — generations occasionally take longer during peak demand
Refresh the page or pull down to refresh
Check your gallery — sometimes a generation completes but the home screen doesn't auto-refresh
If still stuck after 10 minutes, open chat with us via the Profile menu → Support
Note: you're never charged for a failed generation. If something fails, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.
