How do I apply a promo or discount code?

At checkout

When you're on the payment page, look for the Promo code or Discount code field. Enter your code exactly as given and tap Apply. The discount will show in your order total before you confirm payment.

My code isn't working β€” what should I check?

  • Remove any spaces before or after the code when pasting

  • Check whether the code has an expiry date β€” some promotions are time-limited

  • Check whether the code applies to the plan you're selecting (some codes are plan-specific)

  • Codes are case-insensitive, but try entering it exactly as it was given to you

Valid code still not being accepted?

Contact us via in-app chat or email [email protected] before completing your purchase. Include the code and the plan you're trying to subscribe to - we'll sort it out. πŸ’¬

Can I apply a code after I've already paid?

Promo codes can only be applied at checkout. If you forgot to apply one before paying, contact support within 24 hours with your order details and the code - we'll do our best to help.

Can I use more than one code at once?

Only one promo code can be applied per order. If you have multiple, use whichever gives the better discount.
