How do Foxy credits work?

Foxy uses a simple credit system for image and video generation. Here's the breakdown.

What a generation costs

Credits are spent per generation, and the cost depends on what you're making:

  • Images cost fewer credits than videos

  • Videos are priced by length, so a longer clip costs more than a shorter one

  • Foxy has several image and video models, and the more advanced ones cost more per generation

You always see the exact cost before you generate. The credit cost is shown on the create screen once you've picked your model and length, so nothing is charged until you confirm.

If a generation fails, your credits are returned automatically.

Credits never expire

As long as your account exists, your credits stay with you. They roll over from one billing period to the next — you won't lose them.

You'll need an active subscription to spend credits. If you cancel your subscription, your credits stay safely in your account and become spendable again when you resubscribe.

Where to see your credit balance

Your current balance shows in the top-right corner of every Foxy screen, and on the Subscription & Billing page in your Profile menu.

Running low?

You have two options:

  • Top-up packs — one-time credit purchases in a range of sizes. See the current options at Profile menu → Purchase credits.

  • Upgrade your plan — get more credits each month at a better per-credit rate. Available via Profile menu → Change plan.
