If your ID verification fails, it could be due to several reasons:
Your ID might be blurry, unreadable, or not an accepted form of ID.
Another common reason is that you’ve already successfully verified your ID with a different email. On Foxy, each creator can only have one account, and each ID can only be linked to one email.
This often happens when you use Single Sign-On (SSO) and forget which email you initially signed up with. If you try to create a new account with a different email, the system will reject your ID.
Solution: Log in with the original email you used for verification. If you can't remember the password, simply reset it using the "Forgot Password" link to regain access to your verified account.
