You can cancel your Foxy subscription anytime from inside the app.
Steps
Open your Profile menu (top-right avatar).
Tap Subscription & Billing.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Cancel subscription (in red).
Step 1 — Survey: pick a reason from the list. If you choose "Other," fill in the text box (you'll be blocked from continuing if you don't). Tap Next.
Step 2 — Confirmation: on the final screen, tap Confirm and cancel to complete the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period
You can keep using your remaining credits during that time
Once the cycle ends, you'll lose the ability to spend credits — but your credits, characters, and gallery stay safely in your account
Resubscribe anytime to unlock your credits again
How to check the cancellation went through
Go back to Profile menu → Subscription & Billing. If the cancellation completed, the page will reflect that. If it still shows an active subscription, the flow didn't finish — go through the steps again and make sure you tap the final Confirm and cancel.
