If your downloaded image looks lower quality than it does in the app, the most common cause is how you saved it.
Use the Download button
Foxy images need to be saved using the Download button — not by right-clicking, dragging, or taking a screenshot. The Download button gives you the full-resolution file. Other methods may capture a compressed or downscaled version.
If you're using Instagram or another in-app browser
If you opened Foxy from an Instagram bio link, you may be in Instagram's in-app browser, which can degrade downloads. Copy your foxy.ai link, paste it into Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), sign in there, and download again.
For iPhone users
If you're on iPhone and the saved image looks blurry, check that you're saving from the Download button (not a screenshot). iPhone screenshots are limited to your screen's resolution and won't preserve the full image quality.
