If you logged in and your credits, characters, or gallery aren't there — don't panic. This is one of the most common things we hear about, and it's almost always fixable in under a minute.
The most likely cause: sign-in method mismatch
Foxy has five ways to sign in:
Google
Facebook
Apple
X.com
Email and password
Foxy treats each method as a separate account, even if you used the same email address across them. So if you signed up with Google but logged in with email + password, you'd land in a different (empty) account — with no credits, characters, or generations.
The fix
Think back to how you first signed up, and try that method first.
If you're not sure, start with Sign in with Apple — it's the most common cause (see the note below).
Still empty? Sign out and try the other methods one at a time — Google, Facebook, X.com, and email. Your real account is almost always on one of them.
A note about Apple sign-in (the most common cause)
If you ever signed up with Apple, it often uses "Hide My Email," which gives you a private relay address (something like [email protected]) instead of your real email. So your Foxy login email may look unfamiliar. Even if you don't think you used Apple, try Sign in with Apple specifically — it'll find the right account even if the email looks unfamiliar.
Still can't find your account?
