You can create a Foxy account using any of these four sign-in methods:
Sign-up options
Google — sign up with your Google account
Apple — sign up with your Apple ID
Facebook — sign up with your Facebook account
Email and password — sign up with any email address
Important: pick one method and stick with it
Foxy treats each sign-in method as a separate account, even if you use the same email address across them. Signing up with Google and then later trying to log in with email+password will land you in a different account — with a different credit balance and no characters from your original account.
Make a note of which method you used when you signed up, and use that same method every time you log in.
If you can't find your account or your credits look missing
Try signing out and signing back in with a different method — the credits and characters you're looking for are likely on a different sign-in method's account. See How do I log in or reset my password? for more.
