Sometimes generations don’t hit quite right - it happens. But the good news? It’s almost always fixable.
Here’s what to try:
🔁 Regenerate the content
One version might be off, but the next could be spot on. Tap “Regenerate” and try again - small variations often lead to better results.
📝 Tweak your prompt
Be more descriptive. A few words can make a huge difference. Try rephrasing your prompt, adjusting composition or poses, and introducing subtle changes to better guide the AI model.
🎛 Adjust your character settings in the characters tab
📸 Review your training photos
If the same issues keep showing up make a new character! Use higher resolution images or simply different images of yourself and rebuild your character
🚩 Flag the image to give feedback and request a credit refund
You can flag any image that didn’t turn out well and we’ll automatically reimburse the credit used for that generation (up to 20% of your plan allowance).
