Foxy supports four sign-in methods:
Google
Apple
Facebook
Email and password
To log in
Open Foxy and tap the sign-in method you used when you created your account.
If you can't find your account or your credits look missing
This is one of the most common things we hear about, and it's almost always because of a sign-in method mismatch. Foxy treats each method as a separate account, even if you used the same email address. If your account looks empty or you can't find a subscription you paid for, sign out and try each of the other methods — your account is almost always on one of them.
A note about Apple sign-in: Apple often uses a relay email (something like [email protected]) instead of your real email address. If you signed up with Apple, your Foxy login email may not look like your usual email.
To reset your email+password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address tied to your account
Check your inbox for the reset link (and your spam folder if you don't see it)
Follow the link to set a new password
Note: password reset only works for email+password accounts. If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, manage your login through that provider — there's no Foxy password to reset.
