You can change your Foxy subscription plan at any time via Profile menu → Change plan. Here's how upgrades and downgrades work.
Upgrades — immediate, full price
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. Two important things to know:
You pay the full new-plan price right away — upgrades are not prorated against your remaining time on the old plan
You receive the full new-plan credit allotment immediately, on top of any credits you already had
Your billing date resets to the day of the upgrade — so if you upgrade on the 15th, your next renewal is on the 15th of next month (for monthly) or one year later (for annual).
Downgrades — at the end of your current cycle
When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan until then, and any unused credits stay in your account when the downgrade kicks in.
Credits stay with you
Whether you upgrade, downgrade, or change cycles, your existing credit balance is preserved. Credits never expire.
