How does billing work on Foxy?

Foxy uses a subscription-based billing model. Here's how it works.

Your subscription

  • You're charged at the start of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose

  • Each billing period, your plan's credit allotment is added to your account

  • Your card on file is charged automatically; you can update it anytime via Profile menu → Subscription & Billing

Upgrades

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change is immediate. You're charged the full price of the new plan (not just the difference — upgrades aren't prorated) and you receive the new plan's full credit allotment right away. Your billing date resets to the day of the upgrade.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until then.

Top-up credit packs

Need extra credits without changing your plan? You can buy top-up packs (50, 200, 500, or 1,500 credits) anytime via Profile menu → Purchase credits. Top-ups are one-time charges and don't change your subscription cycle.

Refunds

See our refund policy for the conditions under which refunds are available.
