How to report
Open your Profile menu (top-right avatar).
Tap Support.
Send us a message describing what happened.
What to include
What you were trying to do — generating, downloading, signing in, etc.
What happened — error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior
Your device and browser — e.g. "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome"
A screenshot if you can — visuals help us diagnose much faster
We'll respond as soon as we can and update you when the issue is fixed.
