How do I report a bug or technical issue?

If something isn't working as expected, we want to know about it. Here's how to report it so we can fix it fast.

How to report

  1. Open your Profile menu (top-right avatar).

  2. Tap Support.

  3. Send us a message describing what happened.

What to include

  • What you were trying to do — generating, downloading, signing in, etc.

  • What happened — error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior

  • Your device and browser — e.g. "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome"

  • A screenshot if you can — visuals help us diagnose much faster

We'll respond as soon as we can and update you when the issue is fixed.
