I paid but I can't access my subscription

If you've just completed a payment but your Foxy subscription isn't showing as active, don't worry - this is almost always a quick fix.

Step 1 - Wait a few minutes

Subscription activation can take up to 5 minutes after payment. Refresh the app and check your Profile tab before trying anything else.

Step 2 - Make sure you're logged in with the right email

This is the most common cause. If you signed up via Apple or Google login for example and then try to log in via email + password, your account won't show the subscription.

  • Find the payment confirmation email in your inbox

  • Check which email address it was sent to and try that email or alternatively the login method you chose when signing up

  • Log out of Foxy, then log back in with that exact email address

  • Go to Profile β†’ Subscription & Billing to confirm your plan is active

Step 3 - Check your spam folder

If you haven't received any confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4 - Check your subscription status directly

Go to Profile β†’ Subscription & Billing. If it shows your plan as active but the app still feels restricted, log out completely and log back in to refresh your session.
