When a full refund is available
To be considered for a refund:
Contact us within 7 days of the charge
This should be your first refund request on your account
We review each refund request individually based on your account history and circumstances.
Recent renewals (within 48 hours)
If your subscription renewed and you didn't mean to keep it, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We can usually refund renewals reported within this window.
Yearly plan when you meant monthly
If you signed up for a yearly plan by accident, contact us as soon as possible — there's no fixed time limit on this specific exception. After the refund, you can subscribe to a monthly plan if that's what you'd prefer.
When refunds aren't possible
You've already received a refund on this account in the past
It's been more than 7 days since the charge (with the renewal and yearly exceptions above)
Foxy credits are a consumable digital product — once they're used, they can't be returned.
How to request a refund
Open chat with us via the Profile menu → Support. Tell us which charge you'd like refunded and we'll review your account and respond.
