You can download any image or video from your Foxy gallery to your device.

1. Open the image or video in your gallery.
2. Tap the Download button.
3. The file saves to your device.

Use the Download button — don't try to right-click or drag the image. Foxy content needs to be saved via the Download button to come through at full quality.

If downloads aren't working — the Instagram in-app browser fix

This is the most common download issue we see. If you opened Foxy from an Instagram bio link (or another app's in-app browser), the in-app browser may be blocking downloads.

Copy your foxy.ai link from the address bar.

Paste it into Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).

1. Copy your foxy.ai link from the address bar.

3. Sign in there.
4. Try downloading again.

This applies to both iOS and Android, and to TikTok and other apps' in-app browsers as well.
