What happens when your credits hit zero, and your options for getting more.

What happens when I hit 0 credits?

Content generation pauses as soon as your balance reaches zero.

Option 1 — Purchase a credit pack

  • Tap your profile icon (top right on desktop, bottom right on mobile)

  • Select Purchase credits

  • Choose a pack and confirm payment

Credits are added to your account immediately.

Option 2 — Upgrade your plan

If you regularly run out, upgrading gives you more credits every month and a higher batch limit. Upgrades take effect immediately — you receive your new plan's full credit allowance right away, and your existing credits stay in your account.

Option 3 — Wait for your next billing cycle

Your credits refresh automatically at the start of each new billing period. Any unused credits from the previous month carry forward and add to your new allowance — nothing is lost.
