How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, open chat with us via the Profile menu → Support and let us know which charge you'd like refunded.

Before reaching out, take a look at our refund policy to check whether your situation qualifies — it covers our standard 7-day refund window, the 48-hour renewal exception, and the yearly-by-accident exception.

What to include in your message

  • The charge amount and date

  • The email address on your subscription

  • A brief reason for the refund request
