How do I request a refund?

When contacting support, be sure to include your account details, transaction information, and a brief explanation of your issue or purchase scenario. This will help our team provide faster and more accurate assistance.

Full refunds may be granted if no credits have been used and requests are filed within the standard refund window of 14 days.
