Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)
Foxy is a digital subscription product that provides credits immediately upon purchase. Because credits are consumable digital goods, refunds are limited and only granted in very specific cases.
โ When a refund may be granted
A full refund may be considered only if all of the following are true:
You contact us within 14 days of the charge
No credits have been used
If these conditions are met, our team can review and process a refund.
โ When refunds are not granted
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Any credits have been used (even partially)
The request is made after 14 days from the charge
The subscription was used to generate images or videos
You forgot to cancel before renewal
You are unhappy with results after using the service
You created or trained a character
You did not achieve expected results (AI output quality is influenced by uploaded photos and prompts)
Once credits are allocated or used, the subscription is considered consumed and becomes non-refundable.
๐ Accidental upgrades & plan changes
If you accidentally upgrade and contact us immediately before using any credits, we can reverse the upgrade.
If credits were granted as part of a refunded charge, those credits will be removed from the account.

All refunds are processed through our billing system
